Dear Mr Lord,

I just wanted to say thank you from my daughter, Eleanor, and her friends, for the excellent service received yesterday from your chauffer, Derek, when he took the girls to their prom. What a gentleman! He was so patient (one of the girls was running late, due to traffic) and accommodating and made the experience so special for them.
